Step 1 Verify your Internet Account

Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) centrally manages the Internet Account of the students, Faculty and staff members (from now called AU members), who have the rights of access to the University's network resources.

All AU members automatically have an Internet account generated for them upon becoming a member of the University community, but each has to ACTIVATE the account PERSONALLY at Office of Information Technology Services (ITS), locates at C7 (Hua Mak Campus) and IT Building 3Floor (Suvarnabhumi Campus).
