We, at Office of Information Technology Services(ITS), are committed to providing the following services for AU community. The following SLA is a guideline for the community to assess and evaluate the services provided by us and to be aware of what we intend to offer.

Internet Access Service

Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) offers 24 hours Internet access for AU campus networks and dial-up networking.

Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) will guarantee that, in one year, for 95 % of the service time the Internet bandwidth utilization will descend to 85 % of the capacity, and gradually approach to the standard 75 % within two years.

In order to attain such goal, Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) will consider increasing the bandwidth of the International connection to such a degree that would guarantee the agreed level of utilization. However, it reserves the right to free up the connection leased-lines of certain types of contents it deems irrelevant to the learning and education effort of the University.
