Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) develops the university information systems to be published on the Internet that cater for the needs of the public, as well as of the AU community members.

To make the navigation easy for users,Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) sets up the university Portal to provide customized and personalized information to various groups of users.

On AU portal, users could also make use of the Community and Calendar facilities to collaborate their works online. Users are allowed to create their own community. However, setting up community for commercial projects is not allowed. Office of Information Technology Services (ITS), thereby, reserves the right to monitor the community activities from outside.

Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) provides development services for departments and centers upon request. The project management will be jointly administered by the concerned department/center and Office of Information Technology Services (ITS).
